I just stumbled across your website while I was googling the GFCF diet. My wife and I have a son who just turned four and another son who just turned one….similar situation. Our four year old has an ASD – they are saying Sensory Integration Dysfunction right now. Your site is great. Thank you so much for sharing this information. It is so helpful. I just printed out your shopping list. The diet is very overwhelming. We have been doing it pretty well since January but as I read more about it, we’ve been making some mistakes. His progress has been great. We plan to get everything right this week and hope for more improvements. I hope that you have great improvements with Zachary as well. Thanks again!

My son Preston which is 2 years old was just diagnosed with Severe Autism and ADHD. The Psychologist told me to put him on a GFCF Diet. I knew nothing about what that was, and I didn’t know how to look for the foods or what ingredients could be wheat-but not say wheat in them..and same for the dairy products. I now can start my son on this diet with your wonderful shopping list. Thank You so much, Please let me know if there are any other GFCF foods I can purchase-with the brands. What about bread? And cheeses? Is there any certain ones, and is there any other meats we can eat besides what is listed? Can you also post more recipes? Thank you again, Michelle

Love your site! I am planning to put my son (almost 5 with ASD) on the gf/cf diet in the summer and have been testing different brands and recipes out on him is preparation for the REAL DEAL. It’s great to have a site that has actual BRAND NAMES of products, makes it much easier all around. Thanks for all of your effort!
