Elizabeth
I’m 24 now, which seems crazy. Not because I’m “this old” already… but because I feel so much older. I am an aspiring writer and a preschool teacher wanna-be. With my son’s special needs, I don’t feel comfortable working outside the home right now so I’m getting licensed to run a home daycare. I love kids, small dogs (my Japanese Chin is the best!), cooking, hiking, reading, history, and watching TV shows that never seem to be as popular as I feel they should be. Bones, Prison Break, and Dexter are my favorites. I’m also a self-proclaimed shoe goddess and a closet baseball fan.
Jason
My husband is in his late 20’s and freaking out about being so close to 30. I love him most for his sense of humor! He is brilliant and has a wonderful way of solving problems. He’s in marketing but dreams of running his own business. He is Wii-obsessed and wants to buy a cabin in Colorado someday. He is an amazing father and I love watching him with Zack.
Zackary
Zack was born on May 12, 2004. He’s the coolest 3-year-old! He has the sweetest, most affectionate personality I have ever seen in a child. He is on the high-functioning end of the autism spectrum, which has been both fascintating and frustrating! I feel blessed to be his mommy.
Zander
Zander was born June 23, 2007. For a baby so young, he has an incredible sense of humor! He laughs at almost anything and has such a huge curiosity for the world around him. He has been a totally different experience than his big brother, which is both good AND bad. He’s reaching milestones on time… but he is always bored!
